Drawing upon your extensive experience and strong profile within the industry, you will deliver services and implement Service Agreements with key customers requiring a specific focus as per business unit needs. As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:Provide return to work services to assist injured clients and their employers with safe and sustainable return to work outcomesMaintain quality across customer as per SLA requirements in regard to return-to-work rates, costs and durationsUndertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessmentsIdentifying Return to Work (RTW) barriersLiaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all partiesImplement services as per Customer SLAsProvide high level rehabilitation services across a variety of portfolios including new employer and same employer goalsComplete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claimsRepresent WFA at public forums and on various committees as required What you’ll bring to the roleAustralian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractoc or PhysiotherapyWillingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required)Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsDetermination to consistently provide a high level of customer serviceA keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time What we offer you:Truly flexible working, in the community, from home and the office – you set your scheduleStructured mentorship a...
