We are seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst for a 1-year contract position to manage reporting, dashboard maintenance, and creation within the GTS Office. Serving as a primary liaison and subject matter expert, this individual will champion process and tool continuous improvements, support our delivery teams, and ensure data integrity across key portfolio initiatives.

Reports to: Project Management Chapter Lead

Job Location: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office) – based in Toronto, ON

Key Accountabilities

Ensure reporting and automated processes are executed on schedule with verified data for key stakeholders, focusing on continuous process enhancement (including weekly active project dashboards, status checks, monthly status reports, portfolio dashboards, Workday automations, and SLA/SLO dashboards).

Provide guidance, subject matter expertise, and support to delivery teams and stakeholders on standard Delivery Methodologies, processes, and Workday PPM and time tracking functionality.

Define and maintain GTS Office service levels, ensuring prompt responses to requests and inquiries sent to the team mailbox.

Collaborate with practice owners to refine processes, maintain documentation, end-user guides, and training materials, and deliver training on Workday PPM and delivery tools as needed.

Serve as the primary liaison between external auditors and GTS teams during annual audit reviews to fulfill information requests.

Partner with Finance during annual planning and forecasting cycles to gather actuals and forecast spend for in-flight initiatives.

Periodically review active initiatives for adherence to established processes, identify exceptions, evaluate existing delivery frameworks, gather stakeholder feedback, and present recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and adoption.

Lead internal process development for GTS Office operations and execute change management and communication plans for new or updated workflows.

Provide backup support for other team members and the team lead as required.

Must Have(s)
