In this role, you will be the analytical engine of the Reward function, turning complex data into accurate, trusted insights that support fair, well-governed and commercially sound reward decisions. Your role will include:

- Owning the integrity, accuracy and consistency of reward data across compensation, incentives and equity, with clear controls, validation checks and audit trails;

- Producing high-quality reward analysis, models and dashboards that translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations and decision-ready outputs;

- Leading data analysis for annual and mid-year reward review processes, including data preparation, modelling, quality assurance, reconciliation and final output validation;
