If you want to do the most important work of your career, come join us!The Senior Salesforce Developer is a key member of our GTM (Go-To-Market) Systems team, responsible for internal applications across Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering. You'll own the full development lifecycle — from incident resolution and bug fixes to feature delivery — across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and related integrations. You'll work closely with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and administrators to ship high-quality, stable solutions. We're an AI-forward team: our engineers actively use AI tools to write, test, and review code, and we expect you to embrace them as part of your daily workflow. We're looking for someone genuinely curious and eager to grow. You pick things up fast, ask great questions, and aren't afraid to push back when something could be done better. You stay current with Salesforce releases, AI tooling, and developer toolchains — not because you have to, but because you want to. What You'll Do Own Salesforce incidents end-to-end: investigation, root cause analysis, resolution, and documentation. Design and build scalable enhancements using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative tools — following Yext coding standards with strong test coverage. Drive CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions — automated testing, environment management, and seamless deployments across orgs. Participate in sprint ceremonies; contribute to story sizing, technical design, and pull request reviews. Conduct QA as necessary to validate releases and keep production stable. Mentor teammates on quality code and development standards; contribute to platform monitoring and proactive maintenance.
