As a Site Contract Negotiator at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the initiation of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.What you will do:Lead end-to-end negotiation of clinical trial agreements with investigative sites in the Czech Republic, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.Manage complex contract amendments and ancillary agreements, balancing compliance with commercial and operational prioritiesAct as a trusted partner to Czech sites, negotiating directly in Czech and English to build strong, long-term relationshipsCollaborate cross-functionally with study teams to enable timely site activation and study start-upTrack and manage contract progress in ICON and client systems, ensuring full transparency and accuracyProactively identify risks to timelines and drive mitigation strategies to keep studies on trackEnsure all contractual documents are complete, compliant, and audit-readyContribute to team knowledge sharing and may mentor junior colleaguesWhat you bring:Fluent English and Czech (essential) – ability to confidently negotiate with Czech sitesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience3–6 years’ experience in clinical research, ideally within site contracts, SSU, or legal/contracting rolesStrong understanding of clinical trial agreements and negotiation processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities independently and meet tight timelinesHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityProficiency in Microsoft Office tools#LI-MK1Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.Rewards & BenefitsICON offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and career development.Benefits may include:Competitive base salary and performance related incentivesHealth and wellbeing programmes including medical, dental, and vision coverage where applicableRetirement and pension plansLife assurance and disability coverageEmployee assistance programmes and wellbeing resourcesLearning and development opportunities through structured training and career pathwaysBenefits may vary depending on role and location.Visit our careers site to read more about the benefits ICON offers.Inclusion and AccessibilityICON is an equal opportunity employer.
