You’ll take ownership of complex features, influence architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and ready for production. You’re an advanced, hands‑on engineer. You design and develop high‑quality, scalable software using Python, FastAPI, PyTest, Celery, and modern design patterns. You’re comfortable navigating complex systems and driving best practices in code quality, documentation, and test coverage. You lead technical decisions. You contribute to architectural design, participate in technical reviews, and help define how new features should be built. You mentor junior engineers, raise the bar for code reviews, and ensure the team follows strong engineering principles. You’re experienced across the full AI/GenAI lifecycle. You lead end‑to‑end development of generative AI solutions - from data collection and preprocessing to model training, deployment, and optimization.
