Unblocked is a high-growth, well-funded SaaS company that helps answer questions software development teams have about their applications. This allows them to spend less time in meetings/dealing with interruptions and more time writing code.

We are a small team with a track record of building developer tools that solve real problems. We encourage participation in the entire product development process, and you will have the opportunity to help define Unblocked and shape its roadmap, implement the solutions that deliver the experience customers love, and get firsthand feedback from the teams who use what we have built.

ABOUT YOU

You’re an experienced software development engineer with a track record of building and shipping products that customers love. You’ve seen enough to know what not to do and still maintain an unreasonable passion to automate everything else. You are open to learning, evaluating and adopting new technologies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a senior member of the team, you’ll play a critical role in architecting, building, and scaling the core systems that power Unblocked. You’ll work closely with other experienced engineers to:

- Work independently on smaller projects and deliver them on time, gradually taking on larger projects and mentoring other team members.

- Build and optimize scalable data pipelines that ingest and process large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

- Build integrations with third-party services and APIs, ensuring they are reliable, performant, and secure.

- Work closely with product designers and frontend developers to create and implement end-to-end user experiences that are intuitive and delightful.

- Work closely with devops and security teams to ensure that our systems are secure and resilient. You will own the security and resilience of the systems you build.
