ABOUT DEDALE:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be a core contributor on a small, high-ownership engineering team. That means working across the full stack, taking features from design to production, and being someone the team genuinely relies on, technically and otherwise.

Day to day, this includes:

- Building new features on both the customer-facing platform and the internal tools our analysts use to produce intelligence.

- Designing and maintaining the APIs that power our product.

- Contributing to our AI initiatives, not just integrating models, but thinking carefully about where AI genuinely adds value in our product.

- Participating in architecture decisions and technical discussions, not just executing them.

- Reviewing code with the goal of making the whole team better, not just catching bugs.

- Staying curious about new tools and approaches, and bringing that curiosity to the team.
