This role partners closely with People Experience Business Partners, Executive Leadership, and Business Leaders to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with company values and workforce planning objectives. What You’ll Do: (job responsibilities)Own the full-cycle recruitment for positions across all business functions, from intake through offer acceptance.Partner directly with C-suite executives, Vice Presidents, Directors, People Experience Business Partners (PXBPs), and business leaders to understand organizational priorities, workforce planning needs, and hiring strategies.Own complex, confidential, and business-critical searches across multiple functions and organizational levels.Recruit for positions ranging from individual contributors to executive leadership across Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, Marketing, Creative, Administration, Operations, Copyright, Business Affairs, and other corporate functions.Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence, compensation insights, talent mapping, competitive hiring trends, and strategic recruiting recommendations.Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality active and passive talent.Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders, hiring managers, and external talent networks.Facilitate hiring strategy meetings and advise interview teams on best practices, candidate eval...
