We have built a flexible work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.What you’ll be responsible for:As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruiting for high-priority Finance, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, and other core business searches and serve as a strategic hiring partner to internal business leaders. This role requires strong judgment, disciplined process ownership, and comfort operating in complex, highly regulated environments. The successful candidate should be fluent in using modern recruiting tools and thoughtful about applying AI-enabled workflows to improve sourcing, process quality, stakeholder communication, and operating efficiency without compromising candidate experience or hiring judgment.What you’ll work on:Ownership of full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, and other business-critical openings, including intake, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, interview process management, offer strategy, and close.Guide our internal stakeholders on all things Talent Acquisition including approval paths, stakeholder preferences, leveling considerations, offer mechanics, internal candidate handling, geo/entity constraints, and hiring process risk.Build trusted partnerships with hiring leaders and cross-functional partners by bringing clear recommendations, not just open questions.Maintain accurate, current, and auditable recruiting records in Workday, ModernLoop, Gem, and other designated TA systems.Partner closely with TA Leadership, Total Rewards, FP&A, Legal, HRBPs, and Talent Operations to ensure offers and hiring decisions are aligned to budget, policy, approvals, and internal equity.Use structured decision-making to identify risk, tradeoffs, downstream impact, and required approvals before action is taken.Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining strong process control.Use AI-enabled tools and workflow automati...
