The team consists of 35+ high-performing individuals from various backgrounds who work across 3 continents and 8 countries to make impactful hires for every department at Guidepoint.   Your Role The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Technology position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional to play a key role in scaling our Technology organization across Toronto, New York City, and Pune. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will own recruiting across AI, Software Engineering, QA, IT, Data, and Product while helping establish our AI & Data Hub in Toronto. Partnering closely with senior technology leaders, you will shape hiring strategies for critical technical talent, provide market intelligence, and drive end-to-end recruitment for some of our most strategic teams. Beyond hiring exceptional talent, you will help build the future of technology recruiting at Guidepoint by identifying opportunities to improve processes, evaluating and implementing recruiting technologies, and exploring how AI can enhance the recruitment lifecycle. You will have the autonomy to develop scalable recruiting programs, establish best practices for technical hiring, and influence the direction of our talent acquisition function as our technology organization grows. This role is an individual contributor with broad ownership and visibility, with the potential opportunity to expand your impact through people leadership as the team evolves. This is a hybrid position based out of our New York City office.
