(Senior) Talent Attraction Specialist (m/f/d)

Mission Brief  As our new (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be part of our Talent Attraction team (Aude, Stephanie, Marlene and Alexandra) to ensure we hire the best talent. You will proactively source, train interviewers on hiring techniques and manage the full cycle recruiting process to ensure that we have a steady source of talent for our growing company. Act as a first point of contact as a brand ambassador for Isar Aerospace.  We are a small team with very ambitious goals, looking for a mission-driven individual to reach our goals together!
