They collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR teams to understand business objectives and hiring plans, and they design comprehensive talent attraction strategies. Their expertise lies in leveraging industry insights and best practices to create a competitive advantage in acquiring the right talent to support growth and success.Work Location: Argentina Work Arrangement: Fully Remote - If candidate is based in Buenos Aires, they will be asked to go onsite 2 times per monthSpecific requirements: Minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience supporting the US market. Mandatory experience sourcing and/or recruiting talent within the Marketing industry.Language Required: Proficiency in English. Portuguese is a plus.Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborating with senior leadership and HR teams to understand the client’s workforce needs and developing strategic talent attraction plans aligned with those business objectives.Collaborates with recruiters and hiring leaders to oversee recruitment processes, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.Promoting the employer brand to attract top talent, showcasing the organization as an employer of choice on the market.Conducting in-depth market research to understand talent trends, industry benchmarks and best practices, providing valuable insight to recruiters, sourcers and hiring teams to improve recruitment strategies.Building and ma...
