As a Senior Treasury Specialist, you will be a key contributor within the TreasuryDepartment, responsible for the efficient management of the firm's liquidity position, funding and debt management, interest rate/credit risk hedging, and investment portfolio. The Senior Treasury Specialist is responsible for treasury accounting, its impact on accurate financial records, and building cross-functional stakeholder relationships.The incumbent leverages strong, detail-oriented analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor, measure, and manage Boston Dynamics’s liquidity risk, and must have the ability to recognize and understand the cross functional impact of transactions. To thrive in this role, you must have strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, the ability to prioritize tasks, to work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments, and to work independently and in groups.Boston Dynamics is a world leader in mobile robots, tackling some of the toughest robotics challenges. Now we are quickly becoming a recognized leader in automation solutions for industrial applications and warehouse logistics.Key Responsibilities: Provide daily oversight, guidance, and technical expertise on the company’sliquidity position. Produce and present comprehensive liquidity risk reports, metrics, anddashboards for senior management, risk committees, and regulatory bodies. Contribute to the development and implementation of funding and liquidity risk management strategies, ensuring alignment with both internal risk guidelines and external regulatory requirements. Develop, measure, and refine liquidity risk models and stress-testing frameworks to project cash flows, funding requirements, and buffer adequacy under various economic scenarios. Manage a high-quality, low-risk asset portfolio to ensure optimal liquidity buffers, and monitor intraday liquidity to guarantee the firm meets its payment andsettlement obligations efficiently. Participate in the monthly close process by maintaining assigned accounts incompliance with IFRS and US GAAP principles and organizational policies andwithin established schedules. Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the firm's liquidity management systems, including the implementation of Firm Banking (Host-to-Host)integrations and establishing SOX 404 compliant internal controls over cashdisbursements. Other duties, as assigned.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, Master’s degree preferred 3 – 5 years of progressive Treasury-related experience, experience at a publiccompany, with firm banking, hedging FX risk, and managing an investmentportfolio preferred Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication,collaboration, and problem solving Strong analytical, organizational and time-manag...
