The focus will be on international territories including but not limited to Europe, Australia and New Zealand.The role includes managing Coverholders and Binders to ensure performance meets financial and operational metrics, while aligning with audit, conduct risk, and compliance requirements. Your work will help create good customer outcomes across the insurance lifecycle and contribute to AXIS’s reputation for excellence and integrity.What will you do in this role?Underwrite new and renewal binder business within agreed authority and support referral underwriting.Take ownership of Coverholder relationships and Binding Authority Agreements, ensuring performance aligns with business objectives.Liaise with Brokers and Coverholders to identify and develop new business opportunities.Conduct regular Coverholder reviews and maintain strong working relationships.Collaborate with Conduct Risk and Compliance teams to ensure delegated authority standards are met.Communicate underwriting, audit, and conduct risk issues to the Unit Head or Deputy.Monitor and report emerging risks or control failures using formal channels.Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of underwriting systems and binder records.Coordinate delegated authority processes and support internal/external audits.Contribute to a culture that prioritizes fair treatment of customers and continuous improvement.You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.About You:We encourage you to bring your own experience and expertise to the table, so while there are some qualifications and experiences, we need you to have, we are open to d...
