This individual will directly oversee a team of SEO content resources, collaborate closely with our web development team and SEO agency, and help to prioritize SEO + AIO (AI optimization) initiatives to maximize organic traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful SEO projects, galvanizing others to adhere to SEO best practices and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the web content team, field and Home Office teams to ensure SEO+AIOprojects are executed in a timely and correct manner.Manage a team of SEO content writers ensuring high-quality and SEO-optimized content production.Develop and implement comprehensive SEO+AIO strategies aligned with business goals, including on-page and technical SEO, in collaboration with SEO agency and direct manager.Advise PulteGroup field teams as a subject matter expert on SEO+AIO to steward best practices while leveraging field learnings for future enhancements.Prioritize, scope and execute SEO+AIO projects using data-driven decision-making, ensuring deadlines and performance goals are met.Oversee relationship with -Listing Tool executional team to ensure Google Business Listings are correct and up-to-date.Conduct keyword research to identify additional business opportunities and guide/ho...
