You will thrive in this role if you are: A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role & Responsibilities Triage and diagnose incidents related to storefront availability, cart, checkout, pricing/promotions, product display, search and order flows across both SFRA and PWA storefronts Monitor site performance, order processing and integration jobs (import/export, API calls) and raise alerts on anomalies within agreed SLA windows Investigate issues linked to payment service provider integrations (e.g. card and alternative payment methods), PSP callbacks, tax and fraud screening, and checkout errors Perform first-level analysis on integration flows with PIM, DAM, ERP/OMS and fulfilment systems via the integration/middleware layer Reproduce defects in staging/sandbox instances, capture Business Manager and application logs, and prepare clear, well-documented escalation packages for L3 Support content and merchandising business-as-usual activities (e.g. slot configuration, catalog/category checks) when incidents are content related Track scheduled batch jobs and data feeds; identify failures and coordinate re-runs with L3/operations teams Provide heightened monitoring support during peak trading periods (sales events, product launches, seasonal campaigns) Maintain knowledge base articles documenting known errors, workarounds and resolution steps Collaborate with the Core and Marketing Cloud support streams on shared, cross-channel customer journeys (e.g. account creation, back-in-stock, newsletter subscription flows) Must have To be considered for this role, you must meet...
