You’ll work across the full development lifecycle - designing, coding, testing, deploying, and maintaining software - while contributing to the technical foundation behind our flagship solutions. This role is ideal for an engineer who already has solid experience and is ready to take on more ownership, work on more complex systems, and influence how features are designed and delivered. Your work will shape the reliability, scalability, and performance of Conga’s AI capabilities - making this role central to our long‑term product evolution. Are you the person we're looking for? You’re a strong, hands‑on engineer. You write clean, maintainable, efficient code and have deep experience with Python, FastAPI, PyTest, Celery, and modern software design patterns. You’re comfortable navigating complex systems and contributing to architectural discussions. You’re experienced across the full development lifecycle. You’ve built and shipped production software. You understand how to design features, collaborate with product management, write tests, automate workflows, and deploy services in a cloud environment. You’re familiar with GitHub, JIRA, and DevOps principles. You’re growing your AI/GenAI expertise. You’re excited to work across the AI development lifecycle — from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
