The role will focus on an internal capacity-management initiative designed to improve how storage capacity is monitored, allocated, and optimized. You will build software and automation solutions, enhance existing systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and explore AI-assisted workflows that improve operational efficiency and service reliability. Responsibilities Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain business-critical applications and specialized utility programs. Build automation solutions that improve storage-capacity planning, allocation, monitoring, and optimization. Develop new features and enhance existing systems using hands-on software engineering. Gather and analyze requirements, document technical specifications, and translate business needs into scalable solutions. Review enhancement requests and recommend appropriate technical approaches. Prepare software specifications, implementation plans, test plans, and supporting technical documentation.
