We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team at South Star in our offices located in Navi Mumbai. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of our clients' organizations. You will provide support to ensure the effective utilization of ServiceNow capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), and CMDB processes. Key responsibilities include: Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities based on approved technical and business requirements. Develop custom applications, modules, tables, forms, fields, workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and scheduled jobs. Translate functional requirements and user stories into technical designs, development tasks, and scalable ServiceNow solutions. Customize ServiceNow applications while following platform development standards, security requirements, and configuration-over-customization principles. Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, web services, and authentication mechanisms.
