Job Summary
We are looking for a Multitasking SPA Therapist to join our luxury 5-star hotel spa team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a 5-star hotel spa environment, excellent guest-handling skills, and the ability to perform a variety of spa and wellness treatments to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional spa treatments including body massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other wellness therapies as per guest requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in multiple massage techniques and spa treatments.
- Welcome and consult with guests to understand their requirements and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, hygiene, grooming, and professionalism.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas are clean, organized, and properly sanitized.
- Upsell suitable spa treatments and products while maintaining a guest-focused approach.
- Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, including treatment preparation, guest assistance, and basic spa operations.
- Follow all hotel and spa SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain guest privacy, comfort, and confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate with the spa team and other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Support other spa duties as required by the management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel spa or luxury spa is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist with strong knowledge of various treatments.
- Must be multitasking, flexible, and guest-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of spa hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Relevant spa/beauty/wellness certification will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: 5+ years in a 5-star hotel/luxury spa preferred
