Join us as we inspire our talent with growth, challenge, action and collaboration to Empower Every Possibility!Job Summary:  At LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc., the Specialist II, Warehouse Operations supports daily warehouse operations, outsourced warehouse/logistics providers, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) activities. This role assists with inbound and outbound material flow, storage, inventory accuracy, and warehouse management system (WMS) transactions to help ensure materials are available for production needs. Responsibilities: Support daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, staging, and material movement. Monitor inventory accuracy through WMS transactions, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities. Assist with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) activities to help maintain appropriate material availability and safety stock levels. Coordinate with outsourced warehouse and logistics providers to support material flow and timely production needs. Track warehouse-related issues such as inventory discrepancies, delivery delays, material movement concerns, or storage capacity needs. Support implementation and compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and operational guidelines. Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and headquarters regarding warehouse status, open issues, and action items. Assist with reviewing vendor service activities, labor support, and value-added service requests as needed. Support continuous improvement activities related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material flow. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent related experience may be considered. 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, vendor management, inventory control, or materials management. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, or ERP systems preferred. Ability to work as required to collaborate across time zones, including with South Korea HQ. Skills: Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office. Strong inventory accuracy, cycle count, and material tracking skills. Ability to coordinate warehouse, logistics, outsourced provider, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) activities.
