Join us and help change mental health care for children for the better!Position Summary Under the direction of the Senior Director of Specialty Services, the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Contract Evaluator efficiently and accurately provides evidence-based speech and language evaluations. This role focuses strictly on diagnostic clinical evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication challenges, helping to build a comprehensive picture of a child's needs. Through collaboration with other specialty providers, this position guides the development of individualized care recommendations for Blackbird patients. Please note: This is an evaluation-only role and does not include ongoing treatment or therapy sessions. How you’ll make an impact: Complete a minimum of 6 comprehensive speech and language evaluations per week (90-minute direct clinical service sessions). Complete all necessary clinical documentation (30 minute documentation time per evaluation), evaluation reports, and care recommendations accurately and in a timely manner. All documentation time is considered clinical time and is fully compensated at the standard hourly rate.
