About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to manage assigned Pre-Bill functions on the Revenue Cycle Management team. As a Sr. Billing Specialist you will tackle complex billing challenges and drive operational excellence. In this individual contributor role, you will leverage your expertise to investigate claim rejections, navigate evolving payer requirements, and ensure complex claims are prioritized and resolved accurately. You will also provide leadership and guidance to our offshore teams and monitor automated workflows to ensure operational efficiency. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze operational trends, identifying key opportunities to optimize workflows and claim outcomes.
