Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating business needs into scalable functional designs and technical solutions for Workday and HR technology initiatives. Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM Core modules, including business processes, condition rules, validations, notifications, approvals, security, organizations, staffing, job profiles, positions, and advanced compensation. Advise stakeholders on Workday best practices while driving process improvements, automation opportunities, and continuous optimization aligned with compliance standards. Lead HR system projects from requirements gathering to deployment, working with cross-functional teams for successful delivery. Develop change management plans, create training resources, and facilitate user adoption of new HR technologies.
