The Role We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Sr. Field Quality Engineer – Software to join our Field Quality organization. This role is focused on diagnosing, validating, and driving resolution of complex software-related customer issues across vehicle systems, connected services, ADAS, infotainment, user interfaces, diagnostics, and over-the-air (OTA) updates. This individual will play a critical role in connecting real-world customer experiences with engineering solutions, ensuring software issues are prioritized, resolved, and prevented from recurring.
