This position is responsible for assisting with the preparation of audited financial statements and other regulatory filings for TIAA Trust, National Association. This position will also assist with day-to-day accounting for TIAA Trust, N.A. and TIAA Wealth Investment Management (WIM).Key Responsibilities and DutiesPrepare GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosuresFile and manage quarterly Call Reports with the OCCDrive monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reporting — internal and externalComplete month-end close activities and account reconciliationsRespond to audit, compliance, and tax requestsCollaborate with Trust Operations, Trust Administration, Vendor Management, and BFOsIdentify inefficiencies and build automated, scalable solutionsUndertake and manage special projects and other reporting needs as requiredEducational RequirementsUniversity (Degree) PreferredWork Experience3+ Years Required; 5+ Years PreferredPhysical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary WorkCareer Level7ICRequiredDemonstrated knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standardsHands-on experience in financial statements preparation, financial reporting, and regulatory reportingPreferredComfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environmentBachelor's or Master's degree in AccountingCPA certified or actively pursuing licensureExperience in public accountingHands-on experience with enterprise systems including PeopleSoft, Workiva, and EssbaseAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel — pivot tables and complex formulasRelated SkillsAccountability, Accounting Standards, Adaptability, Business Acumen, Business Process Improvement, Collaboration, Communication, Compliance, Financial Acumen, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Inspires Others, Relationship Management, Risk Analysis/Analytics, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategic ThinkingAnticipated Posting End Date:2026-08-10Base Pay Range: $59,800/yr - $105,000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). _____________________________________________________________________________________________________Company OverviewEvery worker deserves a secure retirement.
