Job Responsibilities: Oversee the management and support of Production business applications, including system modifications and maintenance. Facilitate application support, development, and deployment initiatives. Enhance business relationships and application performance while identifying and delivering both new and existing application services to address the evolving needs of business users. Build, manage, and deliver a comprehensive portfolio of technology programs and projects aimed at improving business process capabilities. Develop and manage an Applications plan in collaboration with senior management to align with business objectives. Direct and evaluate feasibility studies, project scoping, and planning for business application projects. Define, plan, and oversee the execution of a wide range of technical projects, effectively balancing the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risk. Establish priorities and schedules for business application projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in requirements gathering & documentation, design, testing, implementation, and support of SAP FI/CO/MM/SD/HR. Demonstrated technical expertise acquired through SAP configurations, customizations, system administration, and interface management. Essential knowledge of ERP project management processes.
