Here, you’ll find a collaborative culture that respects and values differences and colleagues who share a spirit of generosity.  Join us for the opportunity to grow and make a difference in ways that matter to you. Role Summary Consults with external clients, and associates, on how best to attain planobjectives while maintaining the plans’ qualified status, reviews plan documents, and helps clients resolve complex operational and regulatory compliance issues relating to qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. Independently analyzes new laws and regulations to determine impacts on plans and holds discussions with clients to influence the best strategy to implement changes for clients and impacted internal partners.  Responsible for delivering consultative services across their client base, which will primarily consist of large retirement plans. Requires an advanced understanding of retirement plan regulations and consultative skills.ResponsibilitiesMaintains a high level of regulatory knowledge and understanding of industry trends.  Analyzes impact of new regulations and legislation on client needs and RPS services.  Proactively educates clients and RPS associates regarding legislative and regulatory developments.  Drafts client-specific talking points and other written analysis relating to such developments. Researches and resolves highly complex operational and regulatory compliance issues arising from both client questions and from internal activities.  When applicable, conducts an analysis of options available under the Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System.  Communicates findings to client, internal parties, and client’s attorneys and other advisors.  Discusses implications and offers alternative courses of action that client may take.  Analyzes and discusses implications of test results with client and internal parties.
