This position oversees multiple integrated workstreams within a project, ensuring alignment across teams, stakeholders, timelines, and strategic objectives.The Senior Project Manager functions as a trusted advisor to clients and internal leadership, providing project governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to coordinate diverse teams toward common goals, and a strong understanding of healthcare systems, Medicaid programs, public health initiatives, and rural healthcare delivery.This position is responsible for proactively identifying and resolving risks, managing competing priorities, driving accountability across workstreams, and ensuring successful outcomes for clients and communities.Duties and ResponsibilitiesServes as the day-to-day leader for complex rural health transformation projects, overseeing multiple interdependent workstreams and ensuring successful execution of project objectives.Establishes project management standards, tools, processes, and reporting structures that promote accountability, transparency, consistency, and successful project execution. Develops and maintains integrated project plans, work plans, timelines, decision logs, risk registers, issue trackers, and project dashboards. Monitors project health, milestones, budget performance, deliverables, dependencies, and resource utilization; escalates concerns and recommends corrective actions as needed. Identifies project risks, barriers, resource constraints, and organizational challenges; develops mitigation strategies and drives resolution in collaboration with client and internal leadership.
