Reporting to the Senior Director of R&D, this role will drive both new product development and sustaining engineering initiatives, based at our Bellevue site.This position plays a critical leadership role in delivering high-quality, compliant medical devices by partnering closely across engineering disciplines and cross-functional teams, including Software, Regulatory/Quality, Manufacturing Operations, Systems Engineering, and Marketing.
