Join a mission with a company behind it.What You’ll Be Doing:The Sr SaaS Administrator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of SaaS applications across the organization, with a strong focus on leveraging artificial intelligence to drive efficiency, insight, and innovation. This role oversees the discovery, optimization, security, and governance of SaaS platforms to maximize business value, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable data-driven decision-making in a HIPAA-compliant environment.In addition to administering core enterprise platforms including Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, Jira CMDB (Assets), and Statuspage, this role designs and implements AI powered automations, intelligent workflows, and predictive insights to enhance operational performance and user experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage the SaaS life cycle: discover SaaS usage, manage SaaS configuration policies, optimize SaaS entitlements, automate SaaS-related employee onboarding and offboarding processes, measure and publish reports on SaaS usage and costs for IT leadershipCollaborate with digital workplace engineering & security teams to establish and document SaaS configuration, security controls, compliance requirements and processes to continually identify vulnerabilities in configuration and noncompliant usage of SaaS appsResearch, prototype, and implement emerging AI capabilities and advanced scripting solutions to continuously improve SaaS operations, user experience, and enterprise au...
