This role serves as a technical leader on complex projects, partnering closely with Product Management, Quality Assurance, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software that meets customer and business needs.The successful candidate will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. This role also helps drive technical innovation, mentors engineers, and promotes engineering best practices across the organization.Essential Job DutiesSoftware Architecture & DevelopmentAnalyze product and business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and software designs.Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern software engineering principles and practices.Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance for new features and products.Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.Participate in code reviews and promote best practices for software development.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications and services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software products.Technical LeadershipProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level software engineers.Influence technical direction and contribute to engineering standards, processes, and best practices.Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve product performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the software ...
