About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Rula’s Patient Matching team. This team is focused on driving meaningful impact across the patient funnel. Our goal isn’t to help patients find any provider, but to help them find the right provider: someone they trust, feel comfortable with, and want to continue care with. In practice, that means building and evolving the systems behind provider search, ranking, availability, eligibility, and booking experiences.
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll play a central role in shaping this direction by bringing order to ambiguity, designing durable systems, and delivering software that directly impacts how patients experience care. We’re looking for product-minded engineers who see problems, move quickly, and help the team build the right solution quickly.
