Sr. Solutions Developer

A Sr. Solutions Developer is a senior role in charge of designing, configuring, operating, and maintaining Pega Cloud Platform Applications.They objectively analyze desired processes and outcomes and advise on the right solutions to achieve specific business, department, team, or functional goals.RESPONSIBILITIESLead the design, development, and configuration of complex solutions using the assigned platform (Pega Customer Service OR Quadient Inspire). 40%Own technical solution design by evaluating options, identifying risks, and recommending approaches aligned to business and architectural standards. 20%Build, test, and review workflows, templates, or configurations to ensure scalability, performance, compliance, and reusability. 20%Contribute to improving development practices, standards, templates, and documentation for the assigned platform. 10%Provide technical guidance and informal mentoring to other developers within the team. 5%Perform other duties, as assigned. 5%MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION:  Bachelor's                     FIELD OF STUDY:  Computer science or relevant fieldEXPERIENCE:  Minimum 5 years of work experience with developing workflows, writing macros/ VBA, writing SQL queries, designing templatesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES: Pega Track (Preferred)Advanced experience with Pega Customer Service or other Pega applicationsExperience designing end‑to‑end workflows, service case hierarchies, and integrationsPega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent experienceQuadient Track (Preferred)Advanced experience with Quadient InspireExperience designing complex, reusable templates and communication workflowsStrong knowledge of data mapping, conditional logic, and output formatsAdvanced Quadient Designer/ Interactive certificationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION:  Master's or Advanced                 FIELD OF STUDY:  Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology EXPERIENCE:  Minimum 5 years of work experience in software development or similar IT roleCERTIFICATION(S):  Pega Certified System Architect; Quadient Inspire Designer (advanced) and Interactive (advanced), Inspire Content ManagerKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES: What We Offer We understand the important balance between work and life, fun and professionalism, and corporation verse community.
