ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re hiring a Senior Technical Sourcer (a full-time, six-month contract, salaried position) to scale Engineering and Product Management at Hims & Hers. You’ll own top‑of‑funnel talent pipelines from Senior ICs through Director+ leaders; design and run sourcing strategies and outbound campaigns across technical domains; and deliver diverse, high‑signal candidate pipelines that strengthen talent density.
