WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1Our Talent Acquisition team is growing, and we're hiring a Senior Technical Sourcer to build high-quality pipelines across Product Management, Product Design, Data and Product Engineering, and IT & Security functions so our recruiters can stay focused on moving exceptional talent through the interview process.
You'll begin as a dedicated sourcing specialist with a clear path to grow into full-cycle recruiting as our organization scales.
You will:
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across multiple concurrent global searches in the US, UK, Denmark, and India.
- Identify, engage, and assess passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, social platforms, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
- Evaluate Product, Design, Engineering, and Technical candidates using thoughtful domain judgment, not just keyword matching and move qualified candidates through Lever with clear screening rationale.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies, participate in intake sessions, calibrate target profiles, and adapt sourcing approaches as hiring needs evolve.
- Build talent market intelligence by mapping competitor landscapes, compensation trends, and talent availability to guide realistic hiring strategies.
