This role leads technology initiatives, manages complex escalations, partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency, security, business continuity, and user experience.The Senior Technology Support Consultant acts as a key liaison between business operations, technology providers, and third-party partners to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This position requires a strong combination of technical expertise, project management, problem-solving, and relationship management skills to support the organization's ongoing growth and strategic initiatives.This role will serve as a key contributor to the organization's infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology governance initiatives, helping ensure a secure, reliable, and compliant IT environment.Network and Infrastructure AdministrationAdminister, maintain, and optimize the organization's network infrastructure, including Sophos firewalls, Sophos switches, wireless networking equipment, and Windows Server environments. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, implement system upgrades, and ensure high availability of critical business systems.IT Policy and Procedure ManagementDevelop, maintain, and update IT policies, standards, procedures, and documentation to align with business needs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Partner with stakeholders to ensure documentation remains accurate, current, and effectively supports operational and compliance objectives.Cybersecurity and Security OperationsMonitor and maintain the organization's cybersecurity posture through proactive oversight of security tools, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, access controls, and security monitoring platforms.
