Our goal is to consistently provide our customers with innovation, education, exceptional service, and a commitment to excellence, all with a personal touch.  To meet the growing needs of our educational programs and AMI Training Centers, we are seeking a highly talented trainer who will play an integral role in the development, execution, advancement, and success of our educational engagement programs. The Sr. Training Manager, AMI Educational Engagement will report to the Director of AMI Educational Engagement.Responsibilities:Facilitation at our AMI Immersive customer training programs in Atlanta, GA On-going development and management of AMI Training Center programs to help meet the needs of our customers and the sales teamDevelopment and implementation of customer engagement strategies to include the end-to-end customer experienceManage in-classroom technologies and engagement strategies to include content developmentPartner with AMI cross-functional teams, internal sales/brand stakeholders and agency partners to best support the development and execution of training programs while identifying efficiencies and opportunitiesWork cross-functionally with the field team on program communications and initiativesManage program reports and field communicationsDevelop and facilitate workshops for key sales team meetingsMonitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, providing feedback and adjusting as needed to enhance learning outcomesAddress issues promptly and effectively and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concernsCollaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless program integrationFoster a positive and engaging learning environmentDevelop and maintain a high level of knowledge of Allergan Aesthetics products, platforms, and loyalty programsPerform other duties as assigned Role is based in Atlanta, GA Bachelor’s degree is required3+ years’ experience in customer education training is required4+ years’ experience in Medical Aesthetics, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical in the sector of Sales and/or MarketingFlexibility in work hours and extended hours during program /event days (which may include weekends) is requiredExperience in facial injectables is strongly preferredExperience in instructional delivery and content/workshop developmentKnowledge of instructional design principles...
