Sr. UX Designer

Axos Business Center, CorpAbout This JobIn this role, you'll deliver solutions for complex business and technical problems where the product strategy and focus is not always defined. You will partner with product, development, and UX teams to identify and prioritize customer outcomes. You will drive design excellence by unifying and improving design patterns, standards and methods while contributing to the adoption of enterprise design standards. You will be expected to lead and present in cross-org reviews using your storytelling superpowers to influence and keep the team focused. We're a collaborative group who depend on each other and believe that collaboration is key to a UX designers’ success.Role Requirements• 5+ years of collective design experience (visual design, research, UX design, etc.) • Have an available online portfolio.• Expert with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.• Experience applying UX design processes.• Experience with UX design of complex workflows.• Experience with UX research (competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, user testing)• Experience with investment brokerage software applications.• Experience delivering pixel perfect designs as specification to development.• Comfortable working within a mid to large sized design team.Responsibilities• Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies. • Drive the development of innovative design solutions.• Drive a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products.• Provide direction to UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation and/or user research/testing.• Drive design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends that further business outcomes.• Help craft and work withing corporate standards for process, execution, and deliverables.• Review vendor deliverables for quality• Produce dev ready Figma filesEducation Requirements• Bachelors preferred, with complementary training in UX and design specialties.About AxosBorn digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.
