Drive company-level understanding of commercial deployment performance, translating complex system behavior into strategic narratives for executives and the board. Architect scalable data solutions — owning the analytical layer of key data pipelines, instrumentation strategies, and dashboard infrastructure that the broader Data team builds on. Identify and close critical measurement gaps; partner with Engineering to define telemetry requirements for new features and systems before they ship. Mentor and elevate senior analysts; set the technical and craft bar for the team and help define the career ladder for the analytics function. Represent the Product Analytics team in cross-functional leadership forums, advocating for data-driven decision-making at the product and program level. Travel periodically to Kodiak's commercial deployment and operations locations to build operational intuition and ground analytical work in reality.
