About the RoleAs a Staff Product Manager - Pricing at CharterUP, you’ll join a lean, high-impact team driving the next evolution of products powering our own one of the highest-leverage domains in the business: pricing. A great pricing system is the engine of a healthy marketplace — it drives operator trust, customer satisfaction, and sustainable unit economics. You’ll be responsible for continuing to evolve ours. You’ll set strategic direction, define the roadmap, and work closely with data science, engineering, and company leadership to build pricing capabilities that improve marketplace performance and deliver the best possible outcomes for customers and operators alike.
