These advancements leverage high-capacity tactical radio, advanced waveforms, and state-of-the-art satellite communications technology. Job Description Based: TringWho Are We?At Ultra Intelligence & Communications we provide cutting-edge tactical radios, tactical networking technologies and satellite communications equipment for militaries around the world.Due to the current incumbent being promoted, we now have a vacancy for Stores Person / Driver at our Tring site.Scope:You will be responsible for liaising with customers/suppliers with regards to the drop off and collection of satellite communications equipment. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Stores Person/Driver will work within a team to ensure prompt, accurate, efficient package distribution and collections.We operate a 9 Day Fortnight work schedule.Responsibilities:Supporting the stores areaLoading and unloading of goodsPacking outbound products to suppliers and customersEnsure that goods are collected and delivered on timeMaintain high level of service to all internal and external customersProof of delivery sheets returned completedSign receipts for courier deliveriesKit picking for ProductionUse of internal ICS system for stock controlOther tasks as allocated by the Production ManagerEnsure stores and vehicle is clean and tidy at all timesHousekeeping in and around the siteDelivery and collection Materials and equipment to and from sub-contractorsOffsite assistance for Production/Engineering at test ranges.
