Join us as we reinvent work, so people everywhere can do their best work.About the Role HP IQ is looking for a Strategy & New Business Development Manager to help design and incubate new business opportunities for HP IQ. You will explore markets, identify product positioning opportunities, create business and revenue models, shape go‑to‑market approaches, and work directly with early partners and prospective customers to validate concepts.  This role blends strategy with hands-on business development—identifying key partners, securing early collaborations, and helping shape offerings that resonate with both customers and the broader ecosystem. What You Might Do Conduct market analysis including segmentation, TAM/SAM/SOM, customer insights, and competitive landscapes.  Use strategy frameworks to define opportunities, guide decision-making, and shape long-term venture direction.  Design scalable business models, pricing strategies, and revenue streams grounded in customer value.  Identify market opportunities and positioning for new businesses and products  Engage early partners and potential customers to validate needs, co-develop concepts, and establish early collaborations or pilot agreements.  Actively support business development efforts, including identifying, cultivating, and signing early strategic partners or customers.  Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets aligned to emerging opportunity spaces.  Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to influence early product direction based on partner and market insights.  Develop early go‑to‑market approaches including channel considerations, positioning, and ecosystem integration.  Coordinate multi‑team strategic efforts across HP IQ and HP, bringing structure to fast-moving incubation work.  Craft clear, compelling strategic narratives with strong executive presence.  Essential Qualifications  5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, venture design, or corporate innovation.  MBA or equivalent experience.  Expertise in market analysis, business modeling...
