Hands-on editing and proofreading of translated content from various sources, including human translation, machine translation, and AI-assisted output Performing post-editing and quality review on AI-translated content as part of the team's hybrid localization pipeline Creating and maintaining glossaries and style guides that feed into both human and AI translation workflows Planning and executing linguistic QA tasks, including evaluating translation quality across human and AI outputs using established metrics and frameworks Partnering with translators and external vendors to ensure consistency and tone are maintained throughout the game Providing linguistic feedback to improve AI translation models, prompts, and post-processing logic Establishing and improving guidelines and processes to push for higher translation quality   이런 경험을 가진 분과 함께 성장하고 싶습니다! (필수요건) 1+ years' experience in the localization industry as a linguist, editor, or copywriter, preferably in gaming Native-level English proficiency with experience reviewing game translation content Strong understanding of cultural nuances in both source and target languages Openness to working with AI-assisted translation workflows and emerging localization technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for video games and the art of localization Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented attitude   이런 경험들이 있다면 저희가 찾는 그 분입니다!
