This position provides direct outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services to individuals living with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders in community-based settings. Through programs including PHP, IOP, MAT, Cross-Area Services, ACTT, and other specialty services, Pyramid Healthcare is a recognized leader in behavioral healthcare across North Carolina. Why Join Pyramid Healthcare? ✅ In-house licensure supervision✅ Company vehicle and phone provided✅ Mileage reimbursement included✅ Comprehensive paid training✅ Flexible scheduling✅ Supportive, mission-driven team environment✅ Crisis phone rotation: 1 weekday plus rotating weekends Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide community-based substance use treatment services to ACTT clients in homes and community settings Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions Complete LOCAs, pre-authorizations, and clinical reviews in a timely manner Develop and maintain treatment plans, NCTOPPs, discharge plans, and aftercare plans Collaborate with families, referral sources, and support systems Deliver interventions for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders Participate in on-call and emergency service rotation, including crisis planning and hospital diversion Attend treatment team meetings and required trainings Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications LCAS(A) or CADC required Ability to obtain required certification/licensure within 90 days of hire (if applicable) Qualified Professional (QP) status per 10A NCAC 27G.0104 Valid North Carolina driver’s license Ability and willingness to t...
