Your internship will give you the same exposure to Armanino as our associate-level hires, while participating in interactive and engaging programming! During your time interning with us, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in trainings and activities to boost your skills and engagement. This work will include tests or procedures performed under supervision that allow the Firm to collect sufficient evidence to assess whether the clients are up to date with the latest international organization reporting standards. You will help to ensure the completion of fieldwork related to client engagements including System and Organization Controls (SOC) audits, IT General Controls support, ISO Assessments, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Internal Audits, and Agreed Upon Procedures engagements, and interact with clients to identify and resolve audit issues. 60% project work 20% continued learning 10% client facing 10% internal meetings Start Date: June 14, 2027Job Responsibilities Gain real-world exposure to financial and IT audits, reviews, compilations, and projects Learn the client’s system and control environment and how it impacts their associated customer users Learn the client’s controls including general controls (i.e., financial operations, IT controls) and transactional controls (I.e., processing controls such as reconciliations) Learn to evaluate process risks, develop tests for key controls, and determine effectiveness of controls Gain business acumen in a professional work environment Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master’s program in business with an emphasis in accounting Preferred QualificationsPlan to complete 150 semester/225 quarter unit requirement for CPA licensure eligibility between December 2027 – August 2028 strongly preferred"Armanino" is the brand name under which Armanino LLP and Armanino Advisory LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice s...
