Regeneron is currently seeking a Supervisor, Quality Control to join our Quality Control (QC) team.This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of quality control professionals supporting the manufacture and release of biopharmaceutical products for patients worldwide.When & Where:Location: Raheen, Limerick, IrelandThis is an onsite leadership role supporting Quality Control laboratory operationsThe role involves supervising daily laboratory activities and supporting cross-functional business objectivesWhat You'll Do:Lead and supervise QC personnel, allocating workload and monitoring team performanceEnsure laboratory activities comply with cGMP requirements, SOPs, and quality standardsSupport investigations, troubleshooting activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiativesOversee documentation including SOPs, methods, protocols, reports, and training recordsManage employee development activities including scheduling, performance reviews, coaching, and training complianceThe Environment and Physical Rhythms of This Role:Thrive in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated laboratory environmentBalance leadership responsibilities with operational priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safetyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and quality objectivesFoster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and employee developmentLet's Find Out if We're a Fit:Requires a BS/BA in Life Sciences or a related field; an MS degree is preferredRequires 5+ years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industryPrevious supervisory or people leadership experience is requiredExperience working in a GMP-regulated environment with strong communication and problem-solving skillsDoes this sound like you?
