This position will uphold the Hydrite “Standards of Excellence” through continuous commitment to customer satisfaction, both internal and external. Primary responsibilities include: Support Hydrite’s Safety Vision, Mission and Values Work with supply chain, production and customer service to ensure inbound and outbound orders are executed safely and efficiently Communicate with Customer Service & Carriers on any delays or updates on production Complete data entry for department to support planning needs Communicate with dispatch team on scheduling inbound/outbound orders. Enter and follow up on PO request with vendors Update personnel on any upcoming maintenance or inspections needed on transportation equipment Uphold Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence through a continuous commitment to maintain quality facilities and provide quality products and services to internal and external customers Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and all other duties to be assigned. Lead and participate in efforts to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Works with other staff members to maintain workload balances. Provides back-up support as necessary. Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety and process training activities as required. Review changes/additions with your supervisor. Must be RCRA compliant. Assist in other duties as assigned REPORTING STRUCTURE This position reports to the Plant Manager PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred 3 years of experience in Supply Chain related field or equivalent Previous experience with ERP systems with the ability to read a MRP report preferred Excellent communication skills, strong people skills and team player Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to sit, stand, and climb stairs for up to 8 hours per day. Occasional turning, twisting, stooping, bending, and reaching. Due to safety concerns, the wearing of contact lenses is prohibited in Operations. Able to wear a hairnet and beard net, if applicable, with a hard hat.
