The Supply Chain & Service Controller (EMEA) is a permanent role combining supply chain finance with full ownership of field service and repairs performance controlling. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role drives financial governance across EMEA, covering both product flow economics and post-sale service profitability.As the primary finance business partner for Supply Chain, Logistics, Field Service, Warehouse, and Commercial teams, you own the end-to-end PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) process and play a key role in bridging operational performance with financial outcomes.This role goes beyond a standard controller position. You connect repair economics, inventory valuation, COGS control, and demand planning into a single EMEA-wide view, while ensuring strong compliance, data quality, and reporting standards. Key responsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for supply chain and service operationsOversee COGS, supply chain costs, and drive service profitability improvementsOwn inventory valuation and optimize stock levels across warehouses and field locationsGovern the PSI process, including forecast validation, supply alignment, and inventory planningMonitor and improve field service KPIs (repair cost, turnaround time, technician utilization)Drive working capital optimization and ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and SOXAct as a strategic business partner, translating operational drivers into financial insightsDeliver clear, data-driven reporting and continuously improve processes using SAP and Power BIWhat you bring:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Supply Chain5+ years of experience in controlling or supply chain financeStrong background in PSI / S&OP and inventory managementExperience with SAP and BI tools (Power BI)Analytical, hands-on, and strong business partnerFluent in EnglishYou’re likely someone who:Has experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and BI tools like Power BIBrings strong knowledge of supply chain finance, cost controlling, and PSI / S&OPUnderstands financial reporting (COGS, variance analysis, working capital)Is confident working with IFRS, GAAP, and SOXThinks analytically and translates data into clear insightsCommunicates effectively in EnglishActs as a proactive and challenging business partnerTakes ownership and works accurately and reliablyStays structured and manages multiple priorities with easeCollaborates well and builds strong stakeholder relation...
